We're getting very excited about the opening of school! Below is our message for 8-25-15
Good evening, Lucille Brown families, this is Mr. Morris, the principal with some important opening of school messages. First, we are having a very important Whole School IB Transition Meeting for Parents next Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. We would love to have all parents attend to help us kick off the new, all IB Lucille Brown Middle School. We are providing bus transportation for our in-zone parents, and you can get that bus route and schedule from our website or main office. Also coming very soon after that is 6th grade orientation on Friday, September 2, from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Parents may drop off their 6th graders, and pick them up at the end of the program. Also, don’t forget that the first day of school is on Tuesday, September 8, and school begins at 8:30 a.m with breakfast starting at 8:05 a.m. Transportation information will be out any day now, and you will be able to find it on the RPS website or our website when it does. We also are just about done with schedules and will mail them out next week or you will receive them if you are coming to 6th grade orientation. Please call the school for any questions and see our website for additional information. Thank you and goodnight.
