On November 3, 2014, The School Board of the City of Richmond approved the Constituent Services Policy 1-5.7, providing a standardized process to respond to requests and inquiries from citizens throughout the community.
In support of this policy, Richmond Public Schools (RPS) encourages all stakeholders to utilize the Let’s Talk! portal to submit questions, concerns, suggestions or other feedback. Submissions are accepted 24 hours, 7 days a week.
You can make a submission through Let’s Talk!. You may choose to remain anonymous or share your contact information, including your email address, for a personal reply.
We are committed to providing a response to each submission within three (3) business days.* If your message requires immediate attention, please contact our Central Office at (804) 780-7700.
